TERMS & CONDITIONS
Due to the custom and perishable nature of our products, all orders are subject to the following terms.
Booking & Payments
A 30% non-refundable booking fee is required to secure your event date. Your order is not confirmed until this payment is received.
Final payment is due 30 days prior to your event. Failure to make payment by the due date may result in cancellation of your order.
Cancellations
Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the event date will receive a refund of payments made, excluding the booking fee.
Cancellations within 30 days of the event date are non-refundable.
Design & Acceptance
Collection or acceptance of delivery confirms that the cake meets the agreed design brief. Once the cake has left our premises or has been set up at the venue, responsibility transfers to the client.
We are not liable for damage caused by transport, venue handling, environmental conditions, or failure to follow provided cake care instructions.
Quality Concerns
Any concerns regarding flavour or quality must be reported within 24 hours of the event and supported with photographic evidence. Refunds or partial refunds are issued at our discretion.
Force Majeure
In the event of circumstances beyond our control (including natural disasters, government restrictions or emergencies), payments made may be transferred to a future date at our discretion.
