PLEASE NOTE: Sweet Bee will be unavailable 2025 spring wedding season. I will be heading on maternity leave June 2025 and don’t have a return date just yet. Apologies in advance!
You’ve found the one.
They’ve popped the question!
Now lets eat CAKE!!
Congratulations on your engagement! This is such an exciting time, but can also be quite stressful planning all those finer details!
Sweet Bee is here to help make choosing your cake or sweet treats easy and fun!
I’ve tried to include as much information for you below to answer my most FAQ’s.
Lets get started…
HOW DO I ORDER?
To make an order with Sweet Bee, complete the enquiry form here on the website. Unfortunately, this form does not include a place for your design pictures so remember to email any design inspiration through to sweetbeepastries@gmail.com
Emails are monitored daily however, expect a delay from Thursday to Sunday as this is the busiest part of the week.
Once reviewed, I will be in contact to confirm if Im available for your date and I will send through more information. My wedding information guide includes everything you need to know to order your cake so please take the time to read through this. Once order details are confirmed a final invoice will be emailed through.
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your date and the remaining balance is to be paid 2 weeks prior to the event date.
Your date will not be held until your deposit is received. You will receive a receipt via email to confirm this. Please let us know if you no longer wish to make an order. Whilst your deposit is non-refundable it can be used as a credit for any future orders.
If you need to make any changes to your order please contact ASAP to discuss options.
Please also make time to read over the Terms and Conditions page before making your order.
HOW MUCH NOTICE DO YOU NEED?
There is no exact timeframe, however the more notice the better as spots do fill up quickly! Its best to organise your cake at least 6-9 months in advance. This also gives you plenty of time to order taste testers as these are only available on set dates especially if you live outside of Wagga Wagga.
DO YOU DELIVER?
Yes! Delivery is a MUST for two tier and three tier cakes! if any mishaps were to occur, Sweet Bee has the tools and “know how” to fix it. Smaller single tiers cake can be picked up but Sweet Bee takes no responsibility for any damage done to the cake once it has left.
